Have you ever decided to make a huge move to the other end of the country while you’re still young(ish) enough to enjoy it? I did, and I’ve spent the last few months settling into my new hometown of Queenstown, NZ.
This blog is less about photography and more about my travels after I left Auckland. It was such a great adventure, but it’s only just begun.

Here I was, all prepared to leave Auckland two weeks ago, when New Zealand was suddenly thrust into a Level 4 Lockdown due to a Covid 19 Delta outbreak.
I have sold my home, had one week left at work, and was ready to road trip my way to my new home in Queenstown. Then life hit the pause button! With not much else to do, I thought I’d document life at my temporary home high in the hills of West Auckland.
